How to Access Your Ticket

After you purchase your ticket, you'll receive a confirmation email from Brushfire. That email contains everything you need.

To pull up your ticket, open your confirmation email and tap "View Tickets." From there you can add your ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for quick access at the door.

If you can't find your confirmation email, go to brushfire.com/my and enter the email address you used when you registered. Brushfire will send you a magic link. Tap the link, select the event, and your ticket will be right there.

You can also look for the "Sign In" or "Find My Tickets" link at the bottom of any Brushfire registration page.

If you purchased multiple tickets for your group, you can share individual tickets by tapping "Manage Attendees" and selecting "Share" on any ticket to send it to someone else via email.

How to Access the Online Live Stream

After you purchase your online ticket, you'll receive a confirmation email from Brushfire that includes a direct link to the live stream.

When the event goes live, click that link to access the stream from any device (phone, tablet, or computer). You'll be able to watch, participate in the chat, and engage with the experience right from your browser. No app download required.

If you can't find your confirmation email, go to brushfire.com/my, enter the email address you registered with, and tap the magic link sent to your inbox. Select the event, and your stream access link will be there.

Please note that each online ticket allows a limited number of screens, so you can watch from more than one device without any issues. If you see a paywall or login screen, make sure you're using the same email you registered with.
